orders of more than 25 books. All others FOB

RETURNS/CLAIMS
POLICY
- All returns must
be made at customer’s expense
- Returns must
be unmarked and in resalable condition.
- No credit will
be given for books received damaged. Examples
of damaged books include: bent corner or spine;
bent, crumpled or dirty pages; ink marks and
cut marks; glue residue; store specific stickers,
price stickers and security devices; water
damage; and other extreme damage.
- All returns
must be packed in cartons weighing less than
50 pounds.
- Books should
be packed horizontally in the box, with sufficient
packing material to lessen the chance of damage
in return.
- Paperwork, and
original invoice information, must be included
in all shipments to expedite return. Returns
received without paperwork, will be credited
at 55%
of list price.
- Damaged books
received from publisher must be reported within
30 days of receipt to be eligible for credit
or replacement. All other discrepancies in
shipment must also be reported within 30 days.
- We will only
return damaged books when customer responds
within 30 days of notification and return
at customer’s cost.
- Credit will be
given for old editions if returned within
6 months of publication of new edition.
- Credit for returns
will be applied to customer’s account.
Credits expire two years from date of issuance.
- There are no
cash refunds.
