SHANNON BORG is a Seattle writer, editor, poet, and wine educator. She writes about wine for Seattle Magazine, has written about food and wine for a variety of West Coast media such as Seattle, Northwest Palate, Wine Press Northwest,, and, and is the author of Chefs on the Farm: Inspired Lessons and Recipes from the Quillisascut Farm School of the Domestic Arts.  She holds certificates from the International Sommelier Guild and has been a wine judge for several competitions.
